Jeff Britnell
With 38 years’ experience in construction, Jeff is responsible for construction delivery for the business. Jeff started his construction career in 1984 as an apprentice plasterer before going on to build one of the largest plastering companies in the UK by the time he was 30.
Following this, he branched into main contracting where over the last 25 years he’s earned the reputation as a very technically knowledgeable ‘delivery machine,’ working throughout London and hotel and residential developers across other major UK cities. Jeff prides himself on being able to build schemes that others can’t deliver with a pragmatic and problem solving philosophy that has been proven many times.
As a contractor and developer throughout the UK and Europe his entire career, Jeff has spent the last 20 years as a D&B Contractor with a keen focus on hotel and residential schemes as well as spearheading joint ventures.
Neil Russell
Neil has been involved in leading major projects all over the world since the start of his career, including Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, Singapore, Thailand and Monaco. He has the ability to review projects from every side and plot a way through the most complex situations. He has spent his 20 years’ industry experience working as Employer’s Agent & Developer, spending the last 10 years leading a D&B Construction company delivering hotel, residential and commercial projects across the UK.
Neil is responsible for the contractual, commercial and administrative side of the company, he works hand in hand with the developer’s team to deliver projects to a client’s demands and expectations.
Richard Buffery
Richard is responsible for delivery of our sites on construction phase and is another industry veteran with 25 years’ experience. His ability to drive our projects to complete on time and at quality set him apart from the rest.
Paula Talbot
Paula’s background is in accountancy and drives all financial control and office function. She has 20 years’ experience managing the day-to-day cash flow of major projects and multifaceted client teams.
Wayne Turner
Wayne entered the construction industry in 2002, and has worked with national contractors, SME’s and developers. Wayne brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience having held senior positions in a number of different sectors in the construction industry.

From budgeting through to contractor procurement, Neil's unique relationship with our key supply chains and personnel coupled with the management of key trades make his role on a project inextricably linked to its success.
Billy Britnell
Keeping things in the family, Jeff’s son and protégé Billy is responsible for operations on site which encompasses design management, programmes and project risk. A rising star, he is our youngest board member, bringing an analytical approach to everything we do. Billy has the latest technical and modern approach to deliver a polished and dynamic construction management service.
